Information collected on our web site:
Personal information is collected as part of the accomodation reservation process and consists of the following information: Name, e-mail address, physical address, country, contact phone number, and visit-related information.

Information collected over the phone:
This is the same as collected on the web site.

Browser information collected on our web site:
As part of the operation of this site we maintain server logs regarding visits to our web site. Most companies and web sites maintain such server logs as a function of operating web sites. We analyze such logs in an effort to constantly improve the value of materials on the site. The logs do not contain personally identifiable information. We make any attempt to link the traffic information on the site with the individuals who actually visit the site. From time to time we may break down overall usage statistics according to a user's domain name, browser type, and MIME type by reading information from the browser string (information contained in every user's browser). Again, we make no efforts to associate this information with individual users.

We do not sell, rent, loan, trade, or lease the addresses on our lists to anyone.

If you send us e-mail with a question or comment, we will use your e-mail address only to respond to you.

Children:
No part of this site is directed to children. We will never knowingly collect information from users under the age of 18.

Delete/Deactivation Policy:
If you wish to completely delete any personal information you submitted to us, you may do so by contacting us at delete@burybarncottage.co.uk. We will notify you of our receipt of your request. We will use commercially reasonable efforts to functionally delete all such information from our database within five working days from the date of the receipt of your request. Please note that it may be impossible to delete a user's entry without some residual information because of accounting, backups and records of deletions.
