Our holiday accommodation is run on an informal basis alongside our own family life.

Bury Barn Cottage is self contained accomodation, with wheelchair access, which is detached from the main building, but within the historic farm.

The entire property is heated making it suitable for all year round

Bedroom

On an open plan basis, we provide you with a double bed / twin beds which is fitted out with luxury wooden bedroom furniture crafted by our own skilled workmen.

The bedroom area also features some of our beautiful oak furniture, including a large wardrobe, and writting desk. Perfect for a business trip or weekend getaway.

Of course all fresh bed linen and clean towels are provided.

Lounge Area

In the sitting room, there are two luxurious leather sofas and coffee table.

This area is equipped with a radio/CD player and television that can be turned round for night time or morning viewing in either the lounge or bedroom areas.

Above the lounge area there is a vaulted ceiling with views of the attic area.

Kitchen and Bathroom

The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, microwave, toaster, cafetiere and washing machine, plus plates, dishes and cutlery. An iron and ironing board are also provided.

The cottage comes with a welcome bowl of fruit, and basic essentials to help you settle in and enjoy your stay with us.

The bathroom has a low level shower over full sized bath and heated towel rail in the bathroom.

Look out for our complementary fruit bowl and essentials items.

Wheelchair Access

When we converted the cottage into a holiday home we took special care to ensure that is was suitable for people needing wheelchair access. All our accommodation is on a single floor, with no steps, and pleanty of space to manouver within the cottage.

Outside the cottage is equally important and we have ample car parking immediately outside the cottage door.
